Is the ‘This side Up achievement’ account-wide so that it will unlock the 4th artifact tint on all characters?
A comment on Wowhead from Legion times suggests that it would be account wide.
As of today, 7.12.16, I got this achievement on my main character. I logged on my alt priest, who have only done 6 archeology quests, and she also had the achievement recorded in her Achievement log- as well as being able to use the accompanying tint for the upgraded artifact! The achievement header is still not blue, so you can’t really see that it’s account wide, but it definitely is!
