Legion Transmog and mount farming

As everyone probably knows, Farming any kind of mount or transmog in legion content is pretty much impossible, at least alone.
Due the prevalence of personal loot option that became the go-to in legion. As such you cannot guarantee ANY items dropping for an entire raid or instance, if you are alone.

maximizing your chances, you would need to bring 20 people, of the same armor-class as yourself to the raid and then hope they do not need the piece you do and are willing to trade. Same goes for mounts obviously.

When do you think this will be changed if ever? giving that you can solo normal and heroic raid content in legion, and mythic content can be done in 5 or less man groups, in witch also any of them aren’t guaranteed to see a single piece of gear the whole raid.

THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE!

True, it’s bad and it’s not just Legion. I believe WoD raids too are personal loot. And it demotivates most people to farm these raids for xmogs.

Nah, WoD raids are Legacy loot. You need the content to be 11+ levels below the max level content before the legacy loot option is enabled.

That said, I wish it were 10+ levels instead of 11+. It makes farming Legion transmogs extremely annoying, especially when most of the time I get zero loot…

Legion is “current” content

Nah, Wod gives you tons of loot. done WoD raids tons of times in bfa to get some transmogs and as a alternative way to earn gold

Every instance in the game has personal loot currently. But if you are more than 10 levels above the maximum level required for that instance the game will enable Legacy loot. This works like personal loot with full group withotut any consideration for your current spec.

So for WoD you have to be 111 and you can Legacy Loot, for Legion you have to be 121 to get Legacy Loot so next expansion.

Wod isnt Pl it was during legion it was like that.
Have to 11lvls higher over for it to not be PL.
Which is stupid as hell, and orginnaly was 10 and then they edited the message/anouncement later to be 11.

It used to be but they changed it as level 110’s with full decked out legendaries were able to breeze through the content, plus they have access to BFA at 110.

Legion dungeons and raids should be soloable, considering we have to wait until next year or maybe longer to get any new levels and a new expac .
