Hello Blizzard! I would like to ask, if there is a chance to make the old Legion Werebear forms possible to acquire because I play main druid and I got the Mage Tower Fel Werebear form on my druid but I really like it and I would absolutely love to have the other ones too. I will be very happy if there is a chance that you make them acquirable in the game and I am sure that many more will feel the same way about it.

Yes I would like that very much. Druid is my favourite class and some “new” forms will bring a lot of enjoyment . Even if the rest of the forms are awesome a bit more divercity will be highly appreciated

Instead of asking them to bring something back - ask them for something new for you to gain. You can get a version from doing the Mage Tower right now, so it is an option to get a similar look.
Now, let the old forms be a symbol of times past - let new forms be a symbol of the next generation.
If you did not get it back then, then there is no real reason for you to get it for free today. It was an investment to collect, it was a choice and now it got some value. They were a reward in its era, that era has long passed and the doors should remain closed.

Yes it’s completely stupid to have all the most beautiful forms of the druids inaccessible for the players in a pinch, if the employees of blizzard were intelligent and gifted with compassion, they could make a new bear / feral form with each expansion , obtainable only during the expansion. But no, they preferred to put a single guardian druid form obtainable via the mages tower ultra easily, while the 10 most beautiful guardian and feral forms are no longer accessible. They love to frustrate us.

Why though? Just so you small epeen players can feel good about yourselves for having a cosmetic that people who didn’t play previous expansions don’t have? Like seriously, I don’t get why people is so concerned about bringing back old cosmetics.
Personally I started playing in BFA launch, and I was very disappointed to see that Druid forms (and other cosmetics) were gone. There is absolutely no reason to not allow new players to obtain these forms, assuming the challenge to obtain them is the same as it was during the original release.
Answer to me this: If you obtained the white werebear during Legion after completing the Mage Tower, why shouldn’t someone else who started playing recently be able to obtain the same appearance if he completes the same challenge you did back then?
Nobody is asking for free stuff, but if someone is capable of EARNING the tmog/form after completing a challenge, it shouldn’t matter when that person started playing.

I have the Mage Tower werebear and I got it the first time when they brought it back for just one week. I did like 300 + attempts before I get it. And after some time they brought it back again, this time forever. Now everyone has it and it is no longer so special and unique. And every second bear tank uses it so this shows how much people enjoy this form but it gets a bit boring when it is only one . This is why I think it will be good that they bring back the other options. And of course if they make new forms it will be awesome.

I agree with you, I also started in BFA and had no chance of getting the werebears back then.
New forms will be even better for sure , but I don’t see a reason why they remove content that is already made. It’s like removing the Black wing Lair transmogs and saying - well guys if you didn’t play vanila , you can’t have those .

Because you are not completeing the same challenge as it was back then. As you did not play back then. Times change, time doesn’t stop.
I do understand that a lot of the newer generations hate missing out, there is a real fomo problem too. Yet, do understand I come from a time where there being winners and losers, where you would not get everything was the norm. As such, getting something meant something, it became a part of the experience and memories you brought with you. Even in a game like WoW, it matters - as the feeling of mastery and the reward was the reminding proof of having done so.
If you give everyone a medal, even the ones that didn’t even participate, then the medal is pointless. That is where I come from.
I do understand that your wave of players are a lot more
“I want it, so why shouldn’t I have it? If everyone gets it, it is fair to everyone.”
I just fundamentally disagree to that statement in a game or sports context, and I will perhaps sadly forever do so. I am simply too old to change. So this is why I always get disheartened to see what used to be medals now be taken from the glass-shelf, reproduced, then given to everyone for participating after the fact - to become used as cup holders.

At first I was on the same track with you – if you work hard for something that they say it will be removed – so be it. But they broke this rule many many times. Let me give you an example – they released the new mage tower with different color skins and they said it will be just for 1 week. I spend over 300 attempts to get the green bear , I spent countless hours and gold and I sacrificed sleep time for it , because they said that this one week will be the only chance to get it(and it was pretty damn over tuned and it required specific legion items to have a chance for success). And now it is available all the time for everyone. Another example – the Tyrael’s Charger mount from the diablo event. It had a specific time limit to get it. It was pretty low drop rate and some people farmed it night and day to get it. And immediately after that they put it in the trading post. So Blizzard clearly broke this “special and unique reward” rule. This is why I am asking for the other skins for the werebear.
I don’t bend, sadly.
For Tyrael Charger, before that, they did put it in the shop for money, so yeah, don’t expect anything they say to be true, as long they can make money with it, they will, every word they say can be forgotten for some money, blizzard are money grabber before anything else, even before being human I think

Times change, but the content is the same because you get donwscaled to proper lvl? Our stats get lowered we’re basically the same that you were in Legion, with the exception that we have easier time farming proper gear. Also, Mage Tower isn’t about gear anyways, it’s about strategy.

Ok and our ancesors lived in a time where they fought to survive and not die from starvation or went to war because they were forced to and that was the norm. Now you have to experience the same otherwise their experiences will be belittled?

This just sounds like you didn’t even read my post, I said that everyone who completes the challenge deserves the reward, not that they should mail it to everyone automatically.
Sports and games/esports are completely different.
You cannot compare preparing for Olympic Games and winning a gold medal or break a record, with a cosmetic on a videogame in a total PvE casual context.
Offtopic but this just blows my mind, why would someone willingly refuse to learn and get better…

Yes, I agree, if they can bring rare/unobtainable mounts through new marketplace thingie, they should do the same for old werebear mount

Any druid I see is walking around is with the werebear form from the recent re-skin, I did over 500+ pulls back in the legion to get it on the week 2 after the release, having the skin was a proof of your skills as a guardian. Now? It is a clown fiesta, you can literally one shot the boss. The form has lost the flavor.
I didn’t play in MoP but I love the CM sets, shall I beg them day and night for that? No. Keep it for people who were doing their best to get it back then.
Keep something unique ffs. Ask for something new.
To be honest we don’t need to bring them back, it would be cool, but new forms would be better, feral and guardian dont really have a use for tmog, and that’s pretty much why they got new forms in legions, but it’ll be nearly 8 years since the “new” models for druid, and for guardian it’s a bit less since they reused the models from mage tower to make the fel guardian form.
I would be cool to see the wod humanoid feral form coming back, I got sick of using feral mage tower form, and sometimes just use the regular one, or some kind of new feral form, and guardian aswell.
(I’m not speaking about allied races forms, they ugly too)
The first time they brought back the mage tower for one week it was also very hard to beat. Some people say that it was even harder than the original MT because of some scaling differences and you had to spend a lot of gold and farm legion items before you even have a chance to make it. So as I said above I made +300 attempts before I get it. And now it is available and nerfed so I understand very well.
