Lenovo Legion 5P stutter only in laptop display

Hi.
I recently bought new laptop, Lenovo Legion 5P
Spec:
i5-10300h 2.5ghz with turbo boost 4.5ghz
RTX 2060
16gb DDR4 ram
500gb ssd

When I play any wow game (ptr, retail, classic) on external display (75hz) everything runs smooth, but after exiting game, unplugging external display and starts the game on internal display of laptop (144hz) game starts to stutter. I turned off vsync ingame and in nvidia control panel. I capped fps ingame and nvidia control panel to 75 so it won’t overheat my laptop and still doing the same thing. Even tried to uncap everything and it still stutters.
I don’t understand why it does this only on laptop display.

I didn’t find answer anywhere.
Other games run smooth.

Check if WoW doesn’t switch to using iGPU instead of Nvidia (game settings).

If that isn’t the case then either some driver issue or Nvidia-audio drivers conflict (you can check that running Latencymon, then the game, make it stutter and alt-tab to latencymon to see if it’s screaming in red about latency problem).

I probably found the solution. Automatic display switching in nvidia control panel seems to do problems here. After I turned it off stuttering stopped. After I turned it on again stuttering came back.
