How about a reskin of humans for undead like Nathanos and those pirates in Stormheim? That looks cooler than leper gnomes.

I am pretty sure that the Lepper gnomes have been cured by now thanks to the wonders of mixing steampunk with magic.
The reason that Gnomeregan is still a dungeon is because Blizzard CBA to remake it into a city since it is old world so they just detonated an actual dirty bomb (Radiation Dispersal Device) inside it.
ngl Gnomeregan is the best city … wish it was a Hub City
