Less than 7 days gametime

I just noticed this message in the screen after you login, where you launch the game. I’ve always paid by credit card and in account details it shows as continuous or recurring or w/e. I’ve played and paid this way since 2011 with some gaps but since BfA without a gap.

The item says I have less than 7 days and there is a button for “subscribe now”.

I’m a bit mystified why this is so. Account details says my next recurring payment is on 11th which is correct, but my CC isn’t expiring or expired and anyhow I’ve had replacement cards while I’ve been continuously subscribed.

Any help appreciated.

Did you have a wrongful ban removed recently?

I’m getting this now, I have a six month sub and my time runs out in March, with the month from Dragonflight and the Wrath pass.

No bans or any action against my account at any time.

Just to clarify : The banner is “Your Game Time Is Running Out” and the body of the text starts “you have less than 7 days etc”.

But from what you say Dottie, and thanks for taking the time to reply, it may be a glitch in the billing system?

Well I do have two accounts on that battle.net account and the other is on a sub not gametime, which now I look at it runs out on the 15th.

I only usually play classic and it’s not on that launcher.

As long as your subscription plan remains active and your payment details remain saved with a card that is not due to expire soon, then it sounds like a “just in case” head’s up and could well be a billing notice bug indeed. Keep a close eye on your renewal that’s coming up, and let our support team know if you experience any issues on that front!

I added a new card a few months ago but a payment has already been taken from it for last months Sub on my *****02 account, so it should be OK.
