Lesser arcane elixir

Created a lesser arcane elixir and not able to use it. I get the error “Target is too low level”. Submitted a bug report but wondering if anyone else has come across this.
The elixir requires level 28 to use, tried it on a 28 and 34 level character.

Report it ingame again.

Hi, yes i have noticed this too. Still cannot use on a level 35. I have also submitted a report

I can’t use it either. Get the same error message as OP said.
Just tried to use it on my lvl 31 Priest.
