Lesser Ember of Fyr'alath bugged

I have an issue where, for the past 2 weeks, the game has not registered and/or counted the Lesser Embers of Fyr’alath that I have obtained and used.

The in-game chat command that somewhat tracks the number of Lesser Embers has been showing quantity=15 for the past 2 weeks, even though I have obtained Lesser Embers afterwards.

Can someone shed some light on this?
