The current transmog system restricts us to using only two-handed weapons, leaving a treasure trove of visually stunning one-handed designs out of reach. Allowing Fury Warriors to transmog two-handed weapons to one-handed counterparts would not only enhance our visual customization but also respect the classic aesthetic without compromising gameplay performance.
World of Warcraft boasts a rich history of intricate and iconic one-handed weapon designs, many of which are overshadowed by the necessity of wielding two-handed weapons. By enabling Fury Warriors to transmog their two-handed weapons to one-handed ones, we would gain access to a broader range of stylistic options and this change would breathe new life into old-school weapon designs, allowing players to pay homage to the classic looks that have defined Warcraft’s visual identity for years.
Some of the most visually appealing weapon designs are locked behind one-handed models, making them unusable for those striving to maintain peak effectiveness in their builds. Allowing two-handed to one-handed transmog would eliminate this compromise. Players could enjoy the full range of artistic expression without feeling penalized for not using the most effective gear/build.
And last a very personal take coming from a classic player starting to get back into retail, dual wielding two two-handed weapons just feels wrong for me some how.
TLDR;
Make us able to bring back the iconic classic Fury Warrior look and the SMF transmogs without loosing preformance.
