I think there should absolutely be an option to allow to take your toons out of remix. It doesnāt make sense not to do so.
As long as they put a warning message ā once you accept this you cannot go backā I donāt think anyone can complain on making a āmistakeā

i have 15 chars ready to be deployed from rx to rt. Since one (this) will be my tww main (i guess) its a pity i couldnt use it now.
BUT
We knew it. soā¦ no complaining (or just a bitā¦)
You underestimate the WoW community. You could have 3 āAre you Sureā buttons & people will still complain that they were not adequately made aware of what they were doing.

Get into the action in World of Warcraft Remix: Mists of Pandaria through August 19, 2024.
Event will end on August 19, so you characters will be transferred to retail then. They also stated that characters will be able to continue adventures in TWW. Not in DF, not in pre-patch, in TWW. TWW is not live yet, it releases on 26th August. Blizzard are not very clear all the time in their announces, but this one was as clear as possible.
do you really cant understand simple things?? When remix introduced and they said that will end in August 19 did we knew at that time the expansion release date?? we didntā¦ so how exactly people who entered in remix then KNEW that wont be able to play on pre-patch???

So? Thereās no harm in letting people transfer early if they want, and it should have been a feature. You write this as if the OP took a vow or a loan.
Letting people release their remix characters does not affect you in anyway.
Read again. I only said that OP knew when Remix would end. I said nothing about the xpacās release date. Nowhere did I tell a lie.
The xpacās release date was announced on June 10th. Thatās almost two months ago.
More importantly, as Fivegeese confirms: Not only did you know when Remix would end, it was stated by Blizzard at the launch of Remix that the characters would be converted to be ready for TWW.
So again, you couldāve known the characters would not be playable in retail until the launch of TWW. But, you get to play a week earlier now. So thereās that.
I donāt have a problem btw, I donāt know why you ask such a passive-aggressive question.
If you could transfer freely out of Remix, it would make levelling in Retail pointless.
I mean, it doesnāt affect me, but I donāt care anyway and I donāt decide the rules for the game. I am just objectively stating the obvious: Everyone knew what Remix was about. Locking away a character until TWW.
This is wanting the best of both worlds: AND fast leveling AND playing retail.
I disagree that it makes it pointless, people still choose to level in Retail because they like the zones. Itās faster yes, but levelling is already so fast that it barely makes a difference. People want to play their characters and not have them trapped in Remix after finishing with the content. There should have been an option to move them out, itās just good game design.

ah god well i hear pre patch is hot garbage anyway so im not missing much, but see i rerolled on a new server when panda land remix started one would assume pre patch was when pandaria ended when it started but i suppose that would expecting to much from the turnips running blizzard these days.
