Lv20-29 is full of lv20 twinks to this day. You cant stop them due to trial accounts.
I did that on the hunter I leveled from 110 to 120. I used the garrosh loom bow that has sockets and whatnot.it had twice if not more the agility than any other item at that level.

Thats the point of this game If you want to grow stronger, level up to 120 and gear up. If not… just stay 29,39,49,etc. and stay AFK in SW/OG or do some duels vs other twinks. Instanced BGs are not a place for xpoff twinks.
Theres multiple ways to grow stronger aside fir leveling.

It’s like playing a shooter, only sticking to the starter gun and crying on the forums that you got Sniped, saying that snipers don’t belong in low games cuz it takes a while to unlock them.
19, 20, 29, 39, 49, 59, 60, 69, 70, 79, 80, 89, 99, 100, 109, 110, 111 and 119 are just as much as a stopping point of natural power growth as 120. The difference is that the player has the agency to choose when he wants to stop gaining experience.
It’s an intented feature of the game, otherwise, the experience eliminator NPC wouldn’t exist.
Again, that’s your problem. Not the leveling player’s problem. They get to have their fun, you have yours. Each side has their own fun in their respective battlegrounds.

The situation on 120bgs are much worse when comparing fresh 120 vs mythic corruption RNG players. I have started bfa like one year after bfa release and i cannot really compete in pvp and was forced to grind pve first to get a chance.
The difference with twink is it really is needed much less effort to get better gear on low-level bgs to be able to shutdown the twinks. You just need some dungeons, enchants from auction or potions and thats all. All can compete, skill matters and not gear.
Twinks are core of the game from start of wow. killing them is killing part of the community. Killing fun for them is really not saving the game. Besides casuals just see them like 2-3 times in their life? they will overlevel the bracket in meantime.
Not smart enough for complex schemes, obviously. I mean we are talking about the guys who got themselves put in their own battleground and pretty much killed themselves off. Nah.
