If anything this comment shows you dont know what you are talking about. i do plenty of low lvl pvp thank you very much. in fact i enjoy it more than higher lvl pvp
Oh really? Good thing that everyone can check that out for themselves, go to xp off, check the armory of twinks, make a lvl 20 allied race, mail your heirlooms including the 2 rings with versatilty enchants, or level a new character to lvl 20. You guys are pathetic that you defend this so hard that you feel the need to lie about it.
Funny, cause in the 20-29 bracket I’ve almost never seen one with red, green or purple enchants.
That’s your problem. Cause there sure were plenty of you when you could plow over noobs in low level battlegrounds and every bracket, numbers lessening by higher levels.
Let’s be frank. Nothing about the twink exiles was unjust or wrong. You indirectly asked for your own battlegrounds by claiming your only reason for twinking was to fight other twinks. Nobody bought that, but it’s what you kept saying. You got your own battlegrounds where you can fight twinks like you said you wanted. What’s the problem?
Oh turns out most of you were lying and the fact was that you really didn’t want to fight other twinks, just own noobs. That’s why there are 12 of you left. This is what you call poetic justice. Hope you enjoyed it cause I sure did.
Just curious, you twinks ever considered that you were just not meant to be?
Again, that sounds like a twink problem. And here is the hypocrisy. Twinks tell leveling player who complain that they need to make sacrifices (time) to compete with them. But the dying twink community is not willing to compromise to save themselves. Hypocrisy of the highest order.
Then maybe it’s time to admit that twink selfishness is much, MUCH higher than their will to survive in WoW.
It might. On rare occasions. Fortunately these days most character are very killable as opposed to the twinks from back during the “good times”.
Wow, such an ignorant and with 0 arguments reply, that I can’t even describe how sad I am about you. LilJon at least have decent arguments and healthy discussion, but this - after reading such “arguments” I would ban this idea for ever.
So I had an old “for fun” character, where I only used gear that drops, this is what he looks like at level-19: https://imgur.com/a/E077pF3
Now tell me - how in the world this character can survive more than 1-2 seconds in the twinkgankistan? I would target this character with my non-twink loomed/enchanted hunter and he would drop almost instantly.
You do realise that gear/enchants is the main reason why twinks are not in the common queue? Surely it’s not the “high skill level” of the twinks.
Well if gear doesn’t matter, and only skill - show the world. Go create a lowbie like i posted a post above ( https://imgur.com/a/E077pF3 ), and smash that twink BG with it.
Or even better - maybe blizzard should bring you all back to common queue, but with set HP/stats/damage, so they are normalized to normal intended levels?
Well if you are talking about those twinks who join leveling battlegounds, level up, delete their twinks and start over, not much you can do about those. As sad as they are. But make no mistake, nothing is forgiven here.
Well, you have to look at the bigger scope of things.
New players are essential for a game to live and survive, and the first few hours are super important, these have to give a good feeling, and slight challenge/fighting chance.
Now if you have 20 newbies at once in the battleground - they will have fun with characters like that, since they all have fighting chance, and even if they lose - there won’t be negative emotions.
Now when you add into the mix 1shoting OMEGALULGITGUDORDIE machine with BG result of 60kills 0 deaths, then there is a problem, and people might get discouraged to play this game, where they even might thing “oh man, i need to buy a wow token to buy heirlooms to buy enchants to buy rares to have a chance in this game. Another pay to win parody game, I am out”.
I mean if they are bad players, sure, I like having a good K/D ratio, but it is also fun to fight against other twinks, just as much as it is fun to fight other 120’s at 120. However, the 10-12 regular people I talked about was pretty much the sum total of 59’s twinkers here on EU.
You can’t sustain BG ques with that at all.
Those who asked for the queue seperation are an extreme minority within Twinks. JV being one of them.
What we are actually asking for is to let us play on our mains.
You’re delusional. People didn’t leave because they didn’t want to fight other twinks - people left because there are no BG ques. At all.
Funny, because Blizzard did put in some effort to balance twinks in BfA, before they seperated us out of the blue. And I’m pretty sure we were meant to be, as Blizzard introduced the XP eliminator NPC for a reason.
Levelers need 3 minutes of preparation to stand up to anyone in BGs - Twinks are forbidden from playing their main. There is a fundamental difference here.
This might be a wild concept to you, but people are attached to their mains. Humans are attached to anything that they spend a lot of time and effort on. How would you feel if Blizzard barred your characters from doing PvP, and not being able to group up with others in PvE, because they get a debuff which takes away all their rewards? At that point, what is there to do? Especially when you were barred for a reason that is fundamentally stupid, a reason that doesn’t affect the game negatively at all.
Yes, that is what a new player would look like. Once he puts in the time to level up to max, farm a bit of gold, and start another alt, he’ll have access to much more powerful tools.
And btw, level up that warlock to 40, you’ll have much better gear and utility. Even if you don’t use enchants and a couple consumables (which are dirt cheap to buy), you’ll be able to stand up to others as a Demon easily.
Growing stronger is a part of an MMORPG. Until you can’t square up, then you should focus on progressing yourself.
Yes, it was. If you had no heirlooms and only dungeon gear you would be killed instantly and repeatedly without mercy.
I am not saying that at all. I am saying that the average player does not go seeking BIS they use BG’s to change up the flow of leveling once in a while and instead are met with getting slapped.
At what point did I suggest you were him. If you want your battleground to pop, play at max level or turn your levels back on instead of attempting to get easy kills from new players or players just looking for a change of pace.
At Max level you have the option of Rated Battlegrounds and Rated Skirmishes, you aren’t stuck to only being able to pick random battlegrounds.
