please make the change to let vigor regen even when you are flying at lower speeds.
just a steady permanent influx of vigor. not as fast as flying fast obviously.

It does. During the flight aim you dragon nose down, press 1 multiple 2-3 times to gain max speed. Vigour recharges very fast. You can even press 2 mid flight to gain height and then twice 1. You will recharge vigour.
You can fly almost horizontally but slightly on downwards trajectory.

Well it does, if you knwo how to fly… aim it down and spped up, till your wings are blue shimmer
i know how to fly thank you… but when you are gathering nodes you will never reach that kind of velocity. everyone here knew what i ment but you chose cringe, and thats cringe ngl.

Answer to your first query - I like everyone I know has no problems unless I get loads of spawns right next to each other and instead of walking I use skyward ascent to each one and even then. I sit on the ground for a few seconds and boom I’m ready to go again

Cringe back at you. You don’t need to fly at low speed. If you fly at low speed you can just move on the ground.

ye its not like blizzard have added 25x more cliffs, mountains and herbs/ores spawning at said cliffs and mountains expecting you to FLY there, once again thanks for the brilliant insight.

The issue here if you jump from one node to another you will not even have time to regen. Increasing the regen rate after gathering a node is a better idea because now the bonus is negligible.
I would suggest increasing the perk bonus from 10% to 30%. But just by jumping you will gain close to 0.
it will certainly help if the vigor just permanently regens no matter if you are flying slow or on the ground.

Maybe extend the bonus of the perk to midair. Basically the bonus should work even when you take off in those 10 seconds.
I agree, it should regen at the same speed as it does while on the ground.
I’m a miner and know exactly what you talking about, slowly gliding forward is not rewardning at all. It should be more or equally rewardning as running on the ground.
Also the OP clearly says “even when you are flying at lower speeds”, so this is not a case of “learn to fly”.
saddest part is when you spend 1-2 vigor to reach something and it dissapears to phasing or whatever.

Now that is a pain I’ll give you that one!
First of all, you can take a talent that restores vigor upon gathering. Second, while gathering you ARE in fact on the ground, so vigor restores during that time, as well. Also, two flaps give you max speed.
Jesus, plan your gathering route around where you can fly efficiently. And what’s the worst that can happen, that you have to wait 30 seconds? The horrors…

and yes having to sit afk for 30seconds to 1 minut feels bad and annoying, that is why i made this threat.
I think the change you ask for will save you 3-5 seconds max. I am herbing. So I look for places where herbs are close to each other and move on the ground on dragon to regen and get to next node.
Small regen will no be enough unless you are slowly flying to some faraway node.
it increases vigor regen SPEED, not actual regen, so 10% extra of 0 is still 0…
and since ores/herbs are rather all over the place heightwise with even small rocks often not being scalable by jumping or running up, ground running is utterly pointless.
try having herbalism and mining. its kinda tilting listening to all these anecdotes that most people have no issue with vigor even while mining and herbing, its legit a lie. unless you gather 5 nodes and afk
I don’t say I have no issues. If it’s a mountainous area I might run out of vigour but it is rare.
I also admit that overall max vigour regen should be increased by 5 seconds per energy unit. There’s no reason why it shouldn’t be. If you run out of energy you still have to wait but less. But still wait. It is the issue of the slow regen in general. And tiny midair droplets will not fix anything.
