So if PVE noob gets 485 ULTRAOMFGPVEPWNZZZZ Mythik raid gears, it get capped at 475 in arina just like ze max ilvl obtainable in PVP. Zis way no matter how mani items PVE noob gets from his Mythik raid, he has 0 advantege over PVP pleyer.
