pointless - nobody does that anymore - also - with the ilvl squish and unsquish and horizontal expac levels - you can mishmash all the gear possible - just look for gear with a lot of sockets and get appropriate relic of the past - if you are interested in this kind of stuff.
The best Era of Twinks was Tbc and Wotlk. Sinca Cataclysm and Heirlooms Twinks have been forgotten
If you can find servers you will probably need to spend a lot of time = Resources .
