Level 60 boost didn't not work as it should

Hey there!
Having an issue with the 60 Character Boost service. Used it on a character and while the character did level-up to 60, it didn’t get the prompt about Shadowlands Campaign/Threads of Fate. Going to Oribos the city is behaving as if the Maw intro was done, but nothing apart from that - can’t choose Covenant, can’t go to Korthia/Zereth Mortis.
I’ve already done the storyline once, so that possibility is out of the question. I actually also used a 60 boost on another character a month ago and then the issue did not happen, everything went smooth all the way.
Potential GM answer is ETA 18 days and will most likely be automated as usual, so I’m looking whether maybe someone had this and solved it somehow already.

EDIT: just noticed I only have one flightpath per Shadowlands zone unlocked, but flying there also doesn’t have anything, no quests no nothing, lol

Then you should look at one of the other threads about this and take the advice there.

I managed to fix it myself, going to leave the answer here in case someone has a similar issue.
When going to Oribos the event where Fatescribe Roh-Tahl freezes you in place instantly and lets you pick storyline/threads of fate DOESN’T HAPPEN, BUT!
BUT!
If you locate the dude on the outer ring of Oribos and just talk to him, the whole thing starts <_<
