Hi, I didn’t want to have to post on the forums, but since your support feature is literally IMPOSSIBLE to use regarding this, I have had to :(.
I have just used the “level 60 boost” that came with my Dragonflight pre-purchase, but it has NOT worked properly. It has only made me level 60; it has not done anything else that it should do. It hasn’t ported me to oribos, it hasn’t given me any covenant options, it hasn’t skipped the shadowlands intro and story campaign quests, these are all the main reason I used the boost, please can you help me with this ASAP.
I am actually going insane trying to contact blizzard regarding this, the support feature is USELESS. It just gives me automated, UNRELATED information that is of no use at all, and there is absolutely no way that I can report this issue other than posting on this forum and praying that someone bothers to read it and help, please bring back ticket submission so that I can actually talk to someone, I am trying SO SO HARD to not show my frustration on here because I would actually like to receive help and play the game… Please help me and please fix your broken, pointless, useless, unhelpful and frustrating “support” system.
Trovlak-aggramar thanks for replying, but firstly the second post that you linked wasn’t even a post made by me, so that’s just a guess by you… also I haven’t tried to use the forums to skip the queue, I clearly stated in my post that I couldn’t even submit a ticket regarding this issue and that I didn’t even want to post here in the first place.
If your post isn’t helpful please just keep it to yourself because you just linked someone else’s post and said that it was made by me and then your final comment went against what I even posted…
If you’re trying to make a ticket on the website, click Support top right of this page then ‘contact support’ top right of the next page. I’m not sure immediately what the next page is as I have an open ticket which takes me to a different page.
However you should get to a page with ‘what can we help you with’ at the top. Click World of Warcraft, not the options above then under the box on the next page ‘I would rather categorise the issue’. Then, as it’s something you didn’t get after paying for it, go for ‘payments’ and ‘not listed here’ … and then I’m afraid you’ll be waiting in a very long queue.

I have managed to submit a ticket regarding this issue and now I play the waiting game… I can probably quest through the content before a GM replies, but it’s the principle that I have paid for the boost so it should work correctly
Again, thank you for the helpful response and I will wait for my ticket to be dealt with…
P.s. sorry for my frustration, it has been a long week and I was tired when I made the forum post, probably not the best timing! X)

I’ve had a similar problem, if not the same. Ended up fixing it myself - I had to find the Rah-Toll or whathisname (Threads of Fate guy that should appear to you upon entering Oribos the first time) manually in Oribos on the Outer Ring, talking to him gave me the choice to unlock everything :o
