Used lvl up token for my druid, logged in and did not get max renown with TWW factions. Also no 5000 Resonance Crystals and 5000 Kej
Hi there.
Used my Midnight boost yesterday 11/10/2025.
Character was boosted renown wasn’t granted. Read somewhere that there was an issue with it, but it’s been fixed. The topic I read about it was from August. Used my boost in October and it still didn’t give me any renown.
My character boost now works but the rewards that are mentioned for the enhanced level 80 boost did not get applied to my characther that I boosted.
This should’ve been included but didn’t:
Max Renown with the following The War Within factions:
Severed Threads (Weaver)
Severed Threads (Vizier)
Severed Threads (General)
Severed Threads Renown
The Assembly of the Deeps Renown
Hallowfall Arathi Renown
Council of Dornogal Renown
The Cartels of Undermine Renown
Currency:
5000 Resonance Crystals
5000 Kej
As Seiyo mentoined, the same problem exists for them.
Is there any information about this or what to do when this happens?

Been seeing reports of this issue from August 21, not finding a permanent solution to this problem in over 2 months is more than questionable. Im in the same boat as you.

Same Problem. Bought the mignight 2 days ago specifically for the Renown boost to kickstart my alts for M+ and try around some classes. I got the level boost but neither currencies nor reputation.
I tried to refund it twice but both times AI automatically closed my ticket. Now I cant open more tickets because I’ve already opened two. I
’m honestly very disappointed about that, since I cant even get into contact with an actual human being but paid 50 bucks for something that was advertised but I didnt get.
Same here. Any refunding ticket gets automatically closed by AI. The last thing I will try next week is to refund with PayPal.
The support on this matter is just unacceptable.

I just bought the Midnight Epic Edition and had the issue. No renown and no currencies and so on. I hope they find a solution for it.
It’s been 2 weeks now and still nothing. But as I was told in another post the developers are on it (for more than 2 months) and no one but them can help us. not that i need the boosted rep right before midnight launches but whatever I guess.

So the cause for this has now been fixed, meaning that future boosts should correctly receive all the relevant reputation and unlocks.
As for already affected characters, we’re still investigating possible options for heal-ups. No specific timeline to share, but once we know more we’ll be sure to let you all know!

Just to close the loop on this one, the heal-up portion has now been performed as well and previously boosted characters should have all the relevant unlocks.
