I don’t own The War Within nor Midnight and once I hit lvl 70 on Legion remix, my XP bar is gone and I assume I am locked to lvl 70. In MoP Remix you could hit lvl cap without Dragonflight ownership. Is this a bug or intended?

It should be a bug as you need the expansion to transfer 70+ characters, if you stay in Remix it should be possible to level to 80. It’s only the 2nd day, bugs are plenty.

I’ve already prepared a phase, something like: “Huuh? Now you need to buy TWW in order to play non-TWW related content?!”
Technically Remix is fully integrated into retail thus related to TWW. All rewards earned are available in retail.
It is most likely a bug, but it is wrong to pretend Remix is some separate content that has nothing to do with retail, it is not, it is a unique form of retail content.
It’s a bug, I don’t own TWW and my EXP bar was gone once I hit level 70, but I just dinged level 71

Can confirm, just a visual bug seems so.
You still can gain exp and lvlup further after lvl70.
