Level your characters now

Level your characters now that 50% exp buff is active and don’t ask for it to return when it’s over.

You know they will anyway… And that Blizzard will more than likely do it again… And Again.

And they will start asking just 1-2 days after it’s over.

Actually they will ask for an extension.

I don’t know, I think it like a chronic compensation for not having dungeon finder in-game? They need to keep repeating it for people to be motivated to experience and level a new alt at all.

50% exp buff only means that you arrive at the realization that this expac has no content faster.

It’s around christmas time and there are so many other quality games out and coming, or RL stuff to do than to waste precious time of your life on this been there done that virtual rat race that is classic WoW.

I have no intention of levelling any characters for the duration of this speed boost. They’ll remain parked wherever I last logged out and will stay that way until this debacle has been removed from the game.

Lul.

At first i thought it said 13th Dec to 16th dec.

But it is until 16th jan.

So 1 month 3 days instead of just 3 days

Leveling in WOTLK (Because of better spells/Talents/Heirlooms) is vastly more enjoyable than retail tho.

But 1-60 is the most fun, the fun starts diminishing quite fast once you enter outland and beyond

And what if they do? This affects you and how you choose to play this game how exactly?

Lol yeah they definitely won’t complain or ask for it ever again, they’re so grateful they got the chance - twice - they wouldn’t even consider demanding it again.

 this definitely counts as a troll post

I seen your post in the other thread. Do you even like Classic? or MMORPGs?

The guy complaining that people might ask for an extension on the xp buff or my post asking him how that affects his gameplay exactly? Choose your answer carefully.

I have 3 80s, 3 70s, why would I level another character? I wish we had also a reputation buff too.

Haha, it’s this one.

Haha sure was a funny post huh. Know what’s even funnier? Getting upset and thinking your experience will be negatively impacted because somebody might ask for a longer, or new, xp buff. Hilarious!
Or, expecting people to take you seriously when you’re posting on a lvl 10. Low levels like you will LOVE this 50% xp buff.

That’s the thing isn’t it, there’s these select players on the feedback forums that love to say the cliche lines of “It literally doesn’t affect your experience” or “It has zero impact on your enjoyment” when that isn’t true, all because it doesn’t support easy/hyper-levelling.

It’s truly truly sad that they have heirlooms in the game to give easier levelling, but it’s just not fast enough. These players need to accept that MMORPGs might just be past them, that it might just not be the place to commit their time if they can’t commit it, but no, instead of that, let’s cry and complain to make it faster so it adversely affects the game for their own selfish enjoyment. I get it btw, you don’t think it adversely affects the game, the same nonsense players came off with 10-15 years ago which turned the game into Retail, a MMO minus the RPG.

People? I couldn’t care less who anyone posted as, it’s wholly irrelevant to everything. Someone wants to jump on their main to post? Ok. If they’re on an alt of a back character? Ok.

You can like……ya know……turn it off; if it really is that ‘offensive’ to you :+1:

I don’t really understand why some people are so against this? Mostly I see that’s it’s not in the spirit of the game, but XP changes happened at the end of every expansion Warcraft has ever had, even Vanilla and they were permanent.

Very similar conversations went on over 10 years ago, met with this same response.

Nothing was ever a 50% xp buff (not counting heirloom xp which stacks!) unless they did it in retail, which wouldn’t surprise me.
