Leveling as a mage (Cataclysm classic)

2 Things I’m wondering about, after returning to WoW after many years (played vanilla and TBC back in the day, now returned to cata classic):

  1. What stats to aim for? Often I see gear where there’s a tradeoff between hit rating, crit strike rating, haste rating, and intellect (also spirit and stamina, but I assume they come second in line?)

  2. At level 52 now, been a frost mage all the time. What is best if you’re leveling mostly in random dungeons?
