Hi guys. I was wondering, is it possible, to level from level 1 to 60, without choosing any expansion at level 10 from chromie, just taking missions from the hero board, and doing the classic content on retail? Thanks.
Yes, you just need to consider that every content expansions have different max levels:
- Classic, TBC and Wrath : 30
- Cataclysm and Pandaria : 35
- Draenor : 40
- Legion : 45
- BfA: 50
So you will be jumping around different expansions.
What do you mean by “classic content”? If you want to expansions by the original order of release it would be a bit awkward since you’d outlevel them pretty fast. Also Chromie time determine what dungeons you can get in the dungeon finder.
If you ask me it’s best to just lock your exp at level 49 if you want to experience multiple expansions so you can keep switching which timeline you want and then unlock it when you’re ready to move on to SL content.
Yes. But you’ll get a decent amount LESS experience in comparison to chromie time. At least, that’s what my friend discovered while doing the same thing.
