Aeula EDIT 2: Legion invasions no longer scale with your level.
That seems strange.
It should happen for the 100-110 bracket.
Blizzard.
Removing all aspects of fun and enjoyment since Wrath.
I start to feel like a very strange person for actually liking to level characters and do quests.
Eosferon you are right, i loved to level chars but how many alts do you have? With 8 alts at 9th im stuck with the VE WK at 42th lvl. Im absolutely sick of levelling. Ill finish the Ldraenei (106th lvl) and stop.
Just thinkin about levelling another char with this pace gives me nausea, vomit ...
This is baffling.
On one hand, the WoW development team seems content to make a 'theme park', seasonal game that only has relevant content in the last expansion and literally resets itself completely every two-year rotation season.
On the other hand, they are doing EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER to obstruct people from enjoying the current seasonal, relevant content.
I'd understand the levelling changes if there was any meaningful content to do while levelling. You could then argue that breezing through that isn't healthy for the player experience. But there isn't any. There isn't even much relevant story content because they keep removing huge chunks of it and much of what's left is in legacy raids that you can't do at the appropriate level. I levelled my first character 1-110 by questing with no looms and I still had no clue about most of the story and had to catch up on Nobbel's videos to know what's what in Legion. To this day I have only a vague idea on who this Wrathion kid is that I occasionally see people bang on about.
This is completely pants-on-head backwards, illogical behavior. Either stop making a seasonal game or stop figuring out new ways to prevent people from enjoying the current season. WoW is now like a restaurant that will only sell you a gourmet meal if you first show the chef your dedication by only eating boiled turnip for a week.
Jesus, just buy the boost already, how many more hints do they have give you?

Yeah I think it is a bug with the levels only. When it comes to power of the mobs they are as if they were your level. Only difference is that because they are higher level you miss more often. But I just finished all invasion wq without problems on my 101 (now 102) shaman. And I also saw several other low levels do it. Even the elites were easy enough to handle.

I would gladly do that. If it had a sane price tag. Boosting a single character costs as much as a brand new AAA game bought at full retail, which is frankly ridiculous.
This is another baffling thing about the entire model. At 60 euro, I will never buy a character boost. It's simply ridiculous. If it was, say, 20 euro, I'd probably buy at least three. Maybe not all at once, but I'd definetly get a bunch. That's 60 euro I'd definetly pay, possibly more, as opposed to 60 euro I will never pay. So Blizzard is currently losing at least 60 euro on me as a customer by setting that ludicrous, stubborn price tag. And I'm sure I'm not the only one with similar reasoning.

That's the same for me tbh, I'd buy multiples in due time if it was worth it,
I really wanted to start with a new class in BfA, and I did it until 76 now and it´s still like âHej, only frikin 34 Levels to goâ
Just hurts me to finish every single Level, and making me hit everything even more before it dies doesn´t make it better. *Always adding a bit more salt into the open wound of levelling 110 (soon to be 120) levels*
It´s not going to happen, but I am still hoping for that level squish. 120 is just a huge number that doesn´t really mean anything by, now expect probably scaring new people away.

try it now. Classes are stronger and even better if you use warmode.

Jup, that price is just a "slight" Overkill.

I am, but as said, it´s just so painfull to still go 34 levels after doing it so many times and having the loremaster.
Blizzard have in effect nerfed every possible way to speed up levelling, then scaled old zones, not added anything new to make them feel fun to core players that have done them loads of times already and just expect us all to get on with it and find doing unchanged old content 10 times over again is going to be suddenly fun again.
Its not.
you want to make it feel good to level again you have to put some actual resources into the revamp and add new content to the old zones, bring them up to date and the standards we are used to in the later expansions.
I finished getting a different character to level 110 today, needless to say that it seems my timing was impeccable.
I almost ran out of quests in Legion by grace of starting Legion at level 98, I probably would have were it not for random dungeons mixed in. I really wish they would take a look at Guild Wars 2 for some inspiration for gaining experience.
I know the forum currently displays me at 100, but I reached 110 yesterday after a two day blitz, and I can tell you that without looms and with only one invasion I completed the four levelling zones and only reached 109. Had to fly around and find all of the bonus objectives to make it up to 110.

Aylish Not looked at it yet, but leveling through dungeons is really important for me when player healer and tank specs, so questing is almost a no go for me in those cases. In other words, I don't want any nerfs to dungeon XP.
Just did a dungeon, the XP is the same as it was before patch, but the mobs hit even harder and take longer to beat down. We wiped once and nearly wiped several times doing Uthgarde at a very reasonable pace. We weren't rushing, just doing pack by pack. Took a long time and was hard, not sure dungeons will be worth the time any more.
It feels really wrong at moment . -.-
My Nightborne its only 83 .. I will gonna die -.-
The characters are really weak and the experience itâs banana..

Have you tried warmode? pretty much fixes that issue.
I find these posts complaining about 'doing the same old quests over and over again' very odd when they are happy doing the same old dungeons over and over again. There are far fewer dungeons than there are quests. Or am I missing something?
