Hi, im 40 years old and have played wow since vanilla, was quite hardcore in TBC and Wrath and more casual after that due too kids and work basically. Now I just pug M+ too around 2k rio , ive been doing that for atleast 3 last expansions. Would like too find a guild with likeminded people that do m+ on a medium lvl and raids with the aim too clear norm/hc. Ive got several chars on horde side around 400ilvl (not high I know) both tanks and dps , havent decided what I will main in 10.1 yet

Most guilds do not use the forums to recruit. So to widen your options go to:
wowprogress.com - Tab it to guild, write in your server and check the list. (r) behind the name means they are recruiting. Once you click on a guild you will see information about the guild itself and what they want from you.
Ingame open the guildfinder and read through the list. You might find something that fits what you are looking for.
raider.io is similar to wowprogress yet more focused on progression in m+
warcraftlogs.com is also a place where you can be looking for a guild.
discord class server The discord for your class usually got a recruitment/guild-promotion page that could read through.

We only raid 1 day being Wednesday from 20.00-23.30
Our current progress is 8/8 HC and 3/8 Mythic with only 3 and half hours of raiding per week.
First week of Mythic we killed Eranog in 5 pulls and Council in 2, so we’re building a strong core!
We need a few extra people to venture into Mythic content, we have a bunch of ex CE raiders in the guild.
Currently in need of a few extra ppl for 10.1!
