It sounds like Supercool Discotheque might be the sort of guild you are after, We are a casual guild that raid on Sunday evenings and do mythic+ runs in the week. We are on Ghostlands but we do have a few members that join our raids and mythics from different servers and we do most of our guild chat on discord.
