Hi guys,
I started playing WoW in 2012 and originally made a mage. I left WoW shortly after due to a horrible experience with some toxic players. A few years later I thought I’d give it another go and created a Feral Druid. I love the Feral Druid gameplay but I’ve never played in a live expansion before (when I say live expansion I mean I’ve always been behind everybody else so been playing old content whilst you’re all playing the latest release). Anyway, I played (or should I say suffered) through Legion maining as a Feral Druid and then had a break. I came back mid-way through BFA and because my druid was so squishy and near unplayable, I created a paladin and joined a guild who have been helping me to understand how to properly play the pala character. I am now in Shadowlands doing mythic keys etc on my paladin and am quite comfortable.
However, I love my druid… but I feel like I don’t know how to play as a feral druid. I don’t fully understand the rotations or how to get the best out of her - I feel a bit lost and don’t even know where to start. Questing is challenging because I can’t seem to pull much without dying so I get easily frustrated. I have the feeling that I am doing something wrong, or missing some abilities that should be on my hot bar etc.
I don’t really learn by ‘reading wowhead/icy veins’. Yes there is a wealth of information out there, and I do use it from time to time to help with things but I get easily lost in all the information and would rather have someone who I can share my screen with or screenshot stuff and send over discord etc, who could give me a few pointers. I’m not being lazy before anyone jumps on that, not everybody learns in the same way. There aren’t any feral druid players in my guild, they are either Guardian or Restoration and I’m not really comfortable switching spec.
Hopefully there is someone out there who would like to help me understand the Feral Druid a bit more, but if not, thanks for reading anyway.
