If you wanted a switch to Horde side, our raid team would be happy to have you.
Strange Loop is a Horde guild on Draenor, which started as a reroll project for people to learn new classes etc. Some of our players have been new to raiding as well, so we don’t mind teaching!
We don’t raid hardcore, we have fun enjoying the content, clearing what we can and will Curve eventually 
with current progress of 11norm and 5/12HC.

We might be the community for you. Argent Dawn on Horde side, currently 11/12H and bolstering our roster. We also push M+ to get our weekly and some take it even further. Though if you would prefer to join and only start raiding in Shadowlands, that’s absolutely fine too.
Raiding days are as followed:
Wednesday/Saturday 20:30-23:30 - Progression (with a 10min break in between)
Monday 20:30-23:30 - Optional Social/Alt run/M+
