It’s not exactly Outland or Ravencrest, but we do have a nice guild on Hellfire that seems to fit your criteria perfectly and we’re currently trying to put together a raid team! 
Weekends should be no problem for activity and there might even be a few around doing weekdays, but depending on your time zone I unfortunately cannot promise activity to the early hours of the morning - what I can promise is to make an effort to make you feel at home!
