LF M+ and causal raiding guild

Hello,

Looking for a guild for my druid. (still fresh)

Overall started hardcorly playing in Legion (before was playing like causal) got all curves of Legion content same with BFA all curves except Uldir. Done 8/8 NM in the first week then quit the game. BoD 4/M and CoS 2/2 hc with multi-kills.

Was maining (still, do I bet) shaman, but after TEP, started maining Druid guardian.

Honestly, tired of raiding want to focus more on M+ even PvP would be ok.
