I recently posted looking for a chill M+ community end ended up forming one myself with a few like-minded players.
I used to tank a lot of M+ in SL (up to +16, +17ish IIRC) so once we get going I’m thinking we should be alright - but there’s no way I’m willing to start that journey via PUGs 
Thankfully we’re already a small group of 4/5 players and had some fun running Delves. But we’re struggling to get everyone online at the same time! So a deeper roster would really help us getting going.
Openness for voice chat (at least to listen in) is a plus, as M+ needs a bit of coordination and that’s just a lot easier via voice
