Hiya, returning player from about 1yr+ break just wondering on the best dps tier list to get a rough idea on which class/spec to go for/avoid?
We don’t know, its a new season. Anything atm is just speculation.

You can get a general idea by checking out raider.io and their tier lists, we currently do not know how the tier sets and various items like trinkets, special effect weapons etc. will impact the meta other than what we can sim.
play havoc until it gets nerfed then switch to outlaw . the rest is pretty much the same game is in a ‘‘god comp and the others’’ state right now
In terms of M+ I can only recomment Icy-veins tierlist
The creator is Petko, one of the best ele-shamans in the world. His lists are usually pretty accurate.
I dont raid anymore so cant say much about that.

keep in mind that they all can change depending on the tuning as allways.
I would recomment playing what you find fun, for M+ you should not pick anything that is not atleast A-Tier or you will have troubles getting invites on higher keys.
