Looking for either a neutral community or guild cross faction or horde dont matter that much like the original argent dawn focus on protecting azeroth againts all threats no matter ones race.
Is their something like that out their existing still?

There is Ardent Pursuits run by Vitsaus in regards to the Argents. The Weald of Seradane is more druid-focused, but the community welcomes non-druids.
last I saw the Adent has shut down for good and Visaus retired
Damn. I still saw them around with the Weald, so not sure about that myself, unless it’s recent.

There is a guild called the Black Wardens, who are essentially mercenaries but busy themselves with the protection of Azeroth. They are neutral and take in pretty much all races, even those who are not conventionally playable (ergo, they had an Arakkoa at one point in their ranks). You will have to reach out to Grandrask, Larenlastor or Alenore as those are the current officers. (though how their names are written exactly in-game, as in special characters, I do not know)
