Hello, does anyone on Alliance side have the portal for Rezira the Seer, that they’d be willing to let me use? It’s the last rare i need to complete the achievement 
I am not able to assist you but I can tell you my method.
Go kill Cinderfall which can drop an item called, Falling Flame. You can then use this item to launch yourself up into the air and towards the point where Rezira the Seer is located. Of course, it is all dependant on Cinderfall dropping the cursed item needed.
