Hello, I’ve been wondering if there any other guild similiar to Scarlet Scourge OR if someone planning on creating one on any server
would be very fun to have opposing guild on other faction ( or collaborator-like )

There were some similar PvP guilds in Alliance and at least one with some rich lore behind them, but not sure if they are still up. They were also with one specific national, so most likely not an international guild. These guilds were during BfA time.
However, if there is none, you can always look for building your own counter raids against us, when we have World PvP events on. That’s where we are aiming for, making World PvP great again!
After all, it would be really fun to see for example Worgens, or even Gnome only guilds battleing against us in the future
