Dear diary feels your pain, mon
Come here
Run your own key if you don’t like what other people want in their group.
i’d preffer them to nerf shamans
they did

Ok. So whats the problem here exactly? One of the great benefits of being party leader is that you can invite anyone you want. Heck…I can invite based on transmog if I wanted to. Nobody is stopping me or forcing me to invite player A for whatever reason.
no u. <10 chars>
Interestingly, Resto Druid came above Resto Shammy on wowhead for raids. I guess M+ might be different. But I only ever run with guild anyway, so I wont be taking your spot on m+.
He’s sad that resto shamans are not garbage this expansion for m+
Not well versed into the “healer meta” or meta in general at the moment. But it would be a nice change if the healer meta wouln’t be like this for m+:
4 options of which healer to take
Resto druid
Resto druid
Resto druid
Resto druid
Choose wisely!
just nerf everything and make all classes same…right?
Healers are surprisingly equal this expansion, the only exception being holy priest.
That guy must be flippin delusional
I heal 4 times than any shaman i’ve seen this expansion ( rdudu ) i refuse to believe they are one of the top healers
They are just ust like they were in bfa, maybe people just don’t know how to play in shadowlands and thats why im not noticing it idk
I don’t even care about how much they can heal. The reason I’m reluctant to take shamans, especially now that I play a blood dk, is that I’ve been killed by them panicking when I’m using CDs to heal myself and they rip my hp away from me by panic using spirit link.
Meanwhile today I saw grps looking for cloth healers only
Some people target people with Ilvl According to the level of key, some people look to stack leather wearers, or platies. Some people look for people with funny names. Some people look for what they have the best experiences with. You cannot really control the diversity of wishes - well yeah but then you need to start the group yourself.
Maybe he wanted BL? Or maybe druids are not FOTM as much as they were for all of BfA?
Please… try playing holy paladin. The only healer that really needs to work hard to be just as effective as any other healer and must rely on his legendary and covenant abilities to be viable at all.
If I continue playing Glimmer I’m pretty sure I’ll go through 3 keyboards in the coming months. While resto just drops a few hots here and there, some aoe green circle on the ground and can browse Youtube.
But like people said, push your key and do it yourself. I never had issues getting invited in groups so far though
I’m sorry you are not a shaman mate
Holy Priest* Fixed that for you.
Oh no, the spec that everyone thought was the only valid one for 4 years straight is only second best now? Well we can’t have that can we!
You’re not going to get sympathy from any other healing spec, especially after the way druids have treated everyone else for years and how many problems they cause to the community at large.
Every single other healer spec (except for “Glimmer paladin” in BfA) got told “No, you’re not a druid” the entirety of Legion and BfA. Find friends, a guild or a static M+ pushing group.
After all, that’s what druids told literally every other healing spec for 4 years straight when we wondered why no one wanted us.
By the way, most of us are still hated. You’re still wanted. You just got rejected by a few groups but you’re not used to it. It’s okay though, it gets easier and eventually you’ll convince your friends by showing them that skill>spec.
In the meanwhile, let shamans enjoy their one patch of being valid and wanted. We all know they deserve it and shaman love’s been a long time coming. Poor class was close to being deleted from the entire game judging by how it got treated all of BfA.
Been playing resto shaman, MW and resto druid and I prefer how resto druid plays in all fairness. Nevermind what FOTM is, I’ll play what I enjoy most, so druid it is.
But yeah, healers are about as balanced as they have been for a very long time, just resto shaman is a tad ahead in these first weeks and now everybody (read everybody that blindly follows sites like raider_io and warcraftlogs) thinks they’re the only way to go. Typical herde mentality… Nevermind resto shamans could farm their BiS legendary power in Torghast, while most other healers are waiting to get it from the raid. Also, I expect to see more tuning for resto shaman, they’ve got too much utility to warrant having the highest throughput, I’d rather see MW have that honor.
I’d take whatever I could find. Resto shamans have a lot of hard casting to do, which could be a disadvantage in timed runs, but then bring BL, ranged interrupt, stun, etc. Resto druid has instant cast hots, combat res, stealth. knockback, vortex,…
