I find it rather sad waiting in a queue (LFD) to find the tank decided to go straight to last boss only… I know some want a quick XP fix but its not really playing the game and content… While at it, I was on another char, a ‘couple’ boy/girlfriend thought it fun to kick me and then persistently ‘bully’ and kick me 1 boss in no reason just b!tchyness I guess, so yeah 6 mins cooldown and another LFD Q time 20 plus mins, and guess what same couple said you can stay and then kicked me after cooldown continued to troll me after. There was no reason to kick no time to prove dps or ability just trolled.
Another LFD and alt, I was ‘interrogated’ by a player who initiated a kick said I was rubbish as I had no Mythic curve whatever you call it, I said it was LFD and continued to berate me. She said go learn how to play and find friends. I was doing 1/2 in rank dps meter as arc mage.
LFD is a dogpile right now, kick is abused and people, just savage…stop the hate.
If this is about plaguefall well…its designed that way. Also leveling at some point has become a necessary evil for some and as such they want to hasten it up as fast as possible. You can ask to kill the boss but if the majority wants to skip then well…democracy.

Read above. Happens once in a bluemoon. And i press X for doubt as i sincerely doubt that anyone asks for “mythic curve” in an LFD (which is either normal or heroic) where a group doesnt care about anything as everything just topples over.
Cant confirm and i spammed god knows how many dungeons in recent times for renown catch up and alts. Doesnt mean youre lying but i cant share the PoV. Still looked pretty much as it always looked like all those years ago. Get in. Say hi (maybe). Kill everything. Say bye (maybe). Rince and repeat.
Let people play the game however they want to. Some people want to skip, other people don’t. Shadowlands dungeon queues are insanely short anyway, so whether somebody wants to take the extra five minutes of killing the first and second boss in plaguefall or not genuinely doesn’t make a difference.
Stuff happens. It takes 3 out of 5 players to vote yes in a dungeon to kick you, so at the very least a third person (or was it a couple of three? ) clicked yes, for whatever reason. Sure, maybe you just had the bad luck of running into rude people, but that’s stuff that happens almost never, maybe once every few hundred LFDs.
Also afaik, you shouldn’t try to circumvent the language filter in the forums, as it is at the very least flagable?
Pretty much the same as above. Stuff happens and if it does, it happens once every few hundred dungeons. Really not an issue, even if it’s a rather unenjoyable experience whenever it happens.

Well skipping content in LFD should ask but often finding it assumed to skip to last. I just feel I waste my time queueing for so long to do one thing when max level and rewards are poor am just playing for the game so it becomes pointless if you see what I mean. If I cared about language or circumvention I would not have typed what I did. I could care, but I do not. Worse case scenario I get banned boo hoo. As for kick tool it just seems more ‘personal’ like ‘we don’t like you’ rather than gameplay ability…
I just started playing again since the launch of SL, and I realised that in leveling dungeons (Normal) people just skip to the last boss. I was very confused and I asked why arent we doing the rest of the bosses, more exp etc.
I got kicked for no reason since I didnt get an answer.
The other time I got kicked was because the premade was beelining a surgical pathway and I didnt know it, so I accidentally pulled a pack, and imediately kicked after calling me very uncalled for rudeness.
I started avoiding LFD now, I made a ticket and the GM actually sympathised with me and saw that what they were doing is a form of grieffing and harassment for levelers and said they are going to investigate.
people are just garbage in dungeons altogether, i tank random heroic when there is a tank bonus up and there are some ‘people’ who expect me to mass pull half the dungeon at a time or they pull it themselves
im also expected to chain pull and i’m not even given the chance to loot the mobs for the gold/cloth/trash items im primarily there for outside of the dungeon CTA bonus
when i see this happen and the chat filled with ‘GOGOGO’ ‘COME ON TANK’ etc i just leave without saying anything, and there are still some who message me abuse after lol
It needs to be removed. People with low level of engagement with the game shouldn’t be placated. Let them do world content and stay for the story, then just… buzz off. Nobody wants them here. Blizz has fallen for this trap of treating engagement with the endgame as a success metric. This is why the zones are smaller and leveling so much quicker - to them, all of that garbage is a waste of time. The “real game” even to Blizz is in dungeons and raids. The rest is vestigial trash they inherited from EQ.
Content skipping is a problem of dungeon design. I now understand why WoD and Legion dungeons were so linear. I didn’t get it until Shadowlands happened. It really shows that in an MMO… maybe non-linear content isn’t really a good thing.
See i supported your views until you started the name calling and insults on the forums and then i can see a problem you are very confrontational when there is no need to be ? you might be having a bad day or night but there is no need to be rude to put your point across none at all .
I remember some instances you had to complete each ‘kill’ in an order to unlock the next. I know that can be a chore for some but my suggestion to Blizzard would be return 0 XP if content is skipped to save them remapping new instances without this linear progression. Serious I want to play like I used to a, b, c and you know I like the ‘gift bag’ at the end rewards, layouts were better if only they could be like this.
Blizzard as business can sell prefab level 60 for those that want to skip content.
