Hi there, I’m not sure if this is a bug or intentional… but I haven’t seen any other posts on this, so I thought it would be worth raising.
I’ve noticed that upon defeating Sire Denathrius in the LFR version of the Castle Nathria raid, there doesn’t seem to be any outgoing dialogue between him, Remornia, Renethal and Draven?
The LFR wing was only released this week so I can understand if this wasn’t intentional.
Has anyone else had a similar experience where their conversation is omitted?

Sounds like you hit a bug…I have had that dialogue outro, on LFR.
We had the same happen to us tonight. It all felt a bit underwhelming.
Pretty much he dead, go to draven on a cliff he had a few sentences… and I was like: “Shouldn’t we be getting a cinematic or some more dialogue than this?!”
Felt unfinished… so makes sense that something went wrong.
Glad to know this doesn’t seem intentional.
Hopefully Blizz will issue a hotfix for it soon…
I don’t usually complain but, you would of thought someone would of checked the finale scene played out properly before pushing it out live.
It’s also not the first time I’ve seen parts of the story presented in game this way missing large sections of dialogue at random that doesn’t seem to be triggered during quests and instanced environments.
When it does crop up it kind of spoils the immersion if you ask me especially when it’s a first impression to new content. A bit disappointing to say the least.
I got a cinematic when I handed in that sword for the quest to general draven when I killed sire.
I’ve killed him a couple of times on Normal and never had outro dialogue.
Thanks, I had no idea! I did think it was oddly anticlimactic that after the fight there’s just an awkward silence and a long pause before the boss finally becomes lootable. Then it dropped an item and I had to go outside to get the final cutscene by turning the quest in… 
Some people are gonna say “turn off your addons” and to that I say “all I use is DBM and Blizzard literally designed the fights with the intention of players having DBM on, not my problem the raids are nearly undoable without it now”. c:
It’s not your bossmod, I have killed Denathrius Normal several times now, both with BigWigs installed and without, and I have never had the end dialogue play. First time I assumed it was bugged because I was dead when the fight ended, but that doesn’t make any difference either.
I have also had the Remornia hand in cinematic not play on an alt character, and a couple friends reported not getting it either.
I have also never had the Sire Denathrius outro dialogue despite killing him multiple times on normal and heroic. I had no idea he even had outro dialogue.
Ah, thanks so much! This makes much more sense than him silently going into the sword. We got this kind of bug in Uldir as well. MOTHER wouldn’t say a word, not even text. Was infuriating.

I do not use any addons whatsoever and still had this problem.
Iirc this particular bug popped up before. It took them a few weeks to hotfix it. Its not linked to any add ons, just own to Blizzards almost perfect bug testing
