So I’ve been trying to do lfr nighthold for some transmog, the first wing always goes fine, but when I queue for the second wing spellblade aluriel is never there? I’ve tried clearing all mobs checking the whole area and nothing? Can I just skip her and move on since I don’t need anything she drops or does she need clearing?
That does sound like a bug, indeed.
But out of my head aluriel is not dropping something good outside of trinkets. Trilliax drops the cloak, Krosus the chest, tichondrius the shoulders, starguy the hands, elisande the head, guldan the legs. Where was the belt coming from 
Didn’t encountered any bugs with Alluriel so far, but there is a kind of glitch/bug with Skorpyron (first boss of the first wing, “Arcing Aqueducts”).
If you rush to boss too fast with all that trashes zerg on you and kill him, then you’ll will be almost 100% guaranteetdly enforced to return to the very start of dungeon. Thats because NPCs will be semi-stuck and “auto-teleport” further, afther which you only can advance deeper.
It is wel-known and widely-reported kind of glitch/bug in Nighthold LFR,which never was fixed…
This is actually in normal/heroic mode as well, and most likely on mythic as well. Have had to run to the start on several runs because I’ve forgotten that they sometimes just won’t follow if you zoom through it all.
