LFR Solo for gates of hell

Hey, so I wanted to try out the new 8.1 added LFR Legion raids. So far so good, can’t solo a few but w/e.

I wanted to get the shoulderpads from Goroth / Fallen Avatar on my paladin. So I quickly figured Goroth is at “The gates of hell”. So far so good. I press it. It gives me an error: “You do not have enough group members to queue for that”. Right, so I get a pre-made group up. Try to queue for it just to be faced with another error: “You can’t do that while using Premade Groups”.

Am I… missing something? Is there another way how to queue for something other than in a group OR solo? Would be great if someone can explain this mystery to me. Maybe it’s just plain obvious and I forgot something.

I got the same message.
My guess would be, that it’s a bug. It was some problems on the PTR with the queue.
Could be wrong, though

Well… I just got hit by the LFR maiden for 89.983.734 damage.

Maybe there are still some bugs, just… Maybe.

Antorus LFR and upwards aren’t really soloable content and when I say that I mean for the vast majority of players. There are a minority of players who are very skilled at the game and may well be able to do so, but for the majority it will still be a blockade.

It’s why Legion content still has PL enabled for it. Blizzard don’t consider it to be proper legacy content until you are 11 physical levels above it. This is when content becomes substantially easier and gets Legacy Group Loot.

And since we don’t level 11 levels in a given expansion, if we still keep on the levelling path we are now, it’ll be level 130 before you see Legion raids soloable - and that’s at a good item level probably.

Having this issue also… I could queue and solo the next two wings just fine but without Gates of Hell I won’t be able to complete the set. Hope this gets fixed.
