LFR Solo Queue Option Gates Unkilled Bosses

Hello,

I’ve started playing WoW after a long hiatus and I’d like to solo finish old raids (from WoD and Legion onwards) before jumping to newer content.

Now I have one boss from WoD that I never defeated (Tectus) on LFR difficulty, and when Seer Kazal from the Draenor Garrison ports me to the LFR version of High Maul, I can kill any bosses but Tectus. The path to him is gated with pinkish hue… how is this possible? How do I finish the progress on LFR. I had already completed the entire raid on Normal, Heroic and Mythic before…

Tectus is in the second wing of Highmaul.

Highmaul LFR is split into 3 wings, which Seer Kazal offers as

  • Walled City (3 bosses)
  • Arcane Sanctum (3 bosses)
  • Imperator’s Rise (last boss)

You have to ask him separately for each of the three wings. So try asking him for Arcane Sanctum.

You can ofc also just walk in and complete it on any difficulty manually.

Thank you! You are right, he is part of the next raid section, even though located on the same floor with the previous bosses.

I thought I could not get to him since I hadn’t defeated him back in 2014 when Highmaul LFR was “live”.
