LFR - Tanking Ny'alotha

I’m back in WoW after a bit of a break and wanted to hit LFR Ny’alotha for some gear and get back into the swing of things.

I’ve always loved tanking, but I thought I’d just go as an Arms Warrior, since my gear isn’t the best, ilvl 412.
Anyway, the queues have been quite long, with an seemingly big demand for tanks.

I’m thinking of dusting off my shield, reading a few LFR guides and jumping into it.
But I’m worried, even though I pass the ilvl to enter the raid, is my gear going to be good enough to get the job done?

It’s lfr… Go in, if it works out great, if it doesn’t who cares?

In my own experience, people will be very happy to see you join as a tank, but they will still be on your butt about even the tiniest mistake with unimaginable vitriol.
I recommend disabling the chat.
