Lighting Flickering Issue

For about 2 days now, I’ve noticed that the lighting seems to be flickering weirdly.
Even the clouds in the sky would shift from Day clouds to night clouds. When I was in a raid, the lighting was dim, but every often I can see the lighting flickering.

It shouldn’t be my Graphics card as it is only a year and a half old.

If anyone has any suggestions on how I can fix this, please let me know.

There’s a problem with DX12 and latest Nvidia drivers. Workaround is to swich to DX11 for now till they fix this.

Black Flickering?

Good afternoon all… I have recently updated my GPU drivers to the latest version And I now notice black flickering on the char select screen and in game occasionally. Is this a driver issue known? Thanks a lot for the quick answer. I’m glad its not just me.
I feel more at ease now because of it. Hopefully it won’t be too long of a wait.
