Don’t worry guys, at least they buffed a boomkin traits while doing absolutely nothing about their damage or shadow priests.
They’re so fond of knee jerk reactions but only if it applies to ret paladins, bm hunters and WW monks.

Yeah lights decre helped us push some Nice numbers in m+ and compete with some other meles. Now trash again! DH Winning dmg with auto hits and 1 eye beam is Nice balance.

By 30%!!! Cool… Now they can just nerf Empyrean Power too and we are back in a state where we just have to go with generic traits…

They’re also nerfing 10% treacherous covenant.
Now i have to wonder if the chest from the first boss is still Bis.

BIS = 3x treacherous covenant , 1x Light’s Decree , 1x Empyrean + 1 random.
I wonder if they will at least remove Light’s Decree hidden nerf on PVP after this…
The trait was parsing very high , i am not surprised it got nerfed so hard , but they should follow this practice on other classes too.
Not just poor paladin , we already struggle a lot for invites.
DH is currently way too OP for example.

3x treacherous is a no go for me, too much risk of blowing up.
This is garbage!
Again, the optimisation we had to make pre-mythic is screwed.
We had to farm azerite stuff and now it could be irrelevent.
Screw this.

Is there any point getting more than 1 Light’s Degree?
It still looks good for aoe but for single target not so much now.
But you Do want 1 of it even in Single target.
Only for Aoe purpose due to the damage stacking. Same for EP.
1 should be enough for raiding, providing you can land a piece of azerite with other good traits on it.
