Is it easy to obtain this mount Lil’ Donkey ? I think to buy BfA today only cuz I want this donkey for my 20 lvl twink. I have a donkey pet in real life since my birth and its really old now. I want to have a donkey mount in its honor in WoW. Is it easy to find groups for this rare elite Overseer Krix ? Also, is it possible to loot it if you are not in group - just like the wolf in Darkmoon forest?

It is a rare drop from a once per warfront cycle elite. Getting the kill is easy (and doesn’t require a group), but getting it to drop requires luck. Furthermore, due to the once per warfront cycle loot lock, you can only try to get the mount once per month (± a few days) per character.

I still dont know what warfront is, but can you kill this elite at least once per month (for sure - per character) or you have to be lucky to find him before some other group kills it and then you have to wait another month/cycle to try your luck again?
Yes.
The actual chance for the mount to drop, though, is around 7%, according to Wowhead.

The Rare is not actually rare, almost always up except just after it got killed. There are a small number of these that can drop mounts in the warfront, and some more with chances for pets.
edit for extra info:
personally, I’ve done the rares 3 times, gotten 3 of the pets, none of the mounts. A guy I was grouped with one of the times got 3 of the mounts in one run. One of the other times, nobody in group got a mount at all. So depending on your luck, it might take a while, but the process is simple, find a group in the premade group finder, and you’ll kill them all in an evening. If you’re good at farming gold, or farming mobs for hours, you might want to look into the terrified pack-mule mount as well.

Donkeys cannot be sold, Mules can, and at high prices.

Thank you so much. I didnt know about the mules. So, I can get a donkey/mule for sure then. Its 170k-ish in AH and its the same model just different color (more like my own real-life donkey 
).
It’s a once per month type of thing.
But there are other donkeys that look just like lil donkey. One of them i believe is a rare drop from a certain group of mobs from drustvar. You just make a group with a monk and start farming it . If you’re lucky, you can get it in a day or two.

But the donkeys in this game dont look like donkeys… They have the same head as horses. Its like a horse with different tail.

Yes, yes and yes.
It’s once per Warfront Cycle (I believe monthly).
It’s not a very low drop like raid or dungeon mounts, but it’s low.
