Have you guys had a window previous? you know?
LW Ally had a week ago. At night for what I remember.
I can choose Free character transfer, but no servers when I choose “transfer realm”.
Ok, so should be your turn soon if they keep the “promise” on opening transfers sporadically for a few weeks.
The difference when it works is that you get a dropdownlist of servers to choose from when its available

Even more bait; the service is there, and open, just no destination 
That promise is fine and dandy but having to wait for a blue from 6pm - 5am at any given time then only having 5 minutes to get to your client and transfer is the main problem

Looks to me like they are trying to “save” crusader strike…. My guild still moved to WG….

Your basic idea of switching from PVP to PVE is probably dead for the people on Crusader Strike… Open the transfers
