This continues to be appalling customer service. You offer a lifeline to people with jobs/families etc to leave the griefing behind and then make a mockery of the transfer windows with zero transparency and 4/5am transfer windows.
War within looks to respect people’s time a bit at least and offer some solo friendly options but how many will be remaining when it actually gets here?

For the new readers: Current transfers are from Chaos Bolt and Lava Lash to Wild Growth and Crusader Strike only in this thread.
its not only about chaos bolt and lava lash, that is transfers with the reasoning that RP realm is “dying” however unless my dinosaur brain is completely misstaken this thread spesifically mentioned ppl that wants off pvp realms: "When we launched Season of Discovery, we made some bold decisions, one of those was the creation of Enforced Faction Balanced PvP Realms. When we did this, we did our best to communicate some caveats that this may not end up being the experience you want from World of Warcraft, as PvP realms can be an intensely challenging experience at times. While we are very happy with how the faction balance system has worked out, we know from player feedback internally and externally that the reality of a balanced presence of both factions on a single realm, and that individual layers will not always have equal factions, means that some folks have now decided they would instead prefer a PvE ruleset, but have characters locked to these PvP realms.
To that end, we genuinely want everyone to have the best time they can in Season of Discovery, so over the next few weeks, we will be periodically opening Free Character Transfers from PvP realms to PvE realms"

my reason for linking the US site, was to show them that they have announced every time the transfer opens up via a blue post, and EU has NOTHING since the announcment a week ago

you need to touch grass my guy, “to lazy to check if they are up” ive been checking multiple times a day, the last week, and somehow i have not been able to hit one single window, and im off work this week, since they havent announced the time a single time there is no way other then “getting lucky” wich has nothing to do with being lazy, its a horrible “system” , even calling it a system is a stretch. if you been able to hit 6 windows of transfers this week you should play the lottery

sooo… i seen the blue Post, checked if there was the “Free Transfer” in the Shop, it was… cleaned out y bank Char because he is a level 1 and cant be transferred, deleted my guild i have built up, my girlfriend did the same to her chars and now we realise with all our chars ready to move from Living Flame to Wild Growth that the transfer windows are actually not indicated by not showing the “Product” neither is there a timetable??? so we have the chars with full bags so we cant quest and are not able to sent it to someone else because we could miss the transfer window because mail takes 1h…
We will wait till after this reset, then we just cancel the sub if there is no completely open transfers, nor a timetable, or faction change if for fu** sake the balance is the problem.
Honestly at this point if we won’t be able to transfer off living flame alliance to the pve server i (and many other frustrated players) much rather just quit and play something else, it’s not “PvP” anymore… there’s just a bunch of horde griefing every leveling zones, dungeon entrances, Ashenvale incursions are basically off limits for alliance. This illusion of “server balance” isn’t working let people choose where they want to play, it feels like the alliance left on living flame are prisoners that didn’t get on the lifeboats to escape this server lol

If anyone ever needs to research why ppl left or cancelled their subscription in SOD, they may be able to relate to this thread and the worst communication I have ever had in the last 20 years of WOW. Having played since the beginning I never had high expectations because we know how this company treats customers. In the early years we got refunds for days we were unable to play. Today, we get an announcement with no information that you get two small windows with no specific time. Try your best to get off your unbalanced server where something went wrong that no one could really think about before. If u get more honour farming lowies ppl do that instead of bgs. Later some guards, nice. But with the irritating transfer hope, ppl got hyped again and were now totally destroyed.
If there is a timestamp you can take for ppl quitting sod, its the incursions after day 3-5 when the “purge” began. With the hopes of the thread opener pumped into the ppl still playing, the misleading communication destroyed that too.
My point of view from Crusader Strike PvP, which was fine until the incursion farming.
Now people have been waiting for over a week and a lot of them are thinking about just quitting.
You opened up the game, it was great so far, old players are coming back, but to treat them like this, what you are doing now, is annoying. People are much older now, not kids anymore and are not waiting for a long term solution.

Cancelling your subscription is the only way to respond to their silence and get the msg , as for the trolls that come here and posting when blizzard opened the transfers and for which servers well… Thanks for telling us something we already know , but plz stop posting here and be protective to a company that everyone knows they don’t give a damn
