The Wood of Staves is blocked of in the legion class hall which is sad. But if you manage to get in and read Liu Lang’s Final rest plaque it reads roughly "nom, Om om Nom nom nom om " - nom

Were you on your Pandaren when you read it? Because Pandaren language is literally series of noms and oms for other races. So perhaps it actually reads something other than gibberish for Pandaren.
Oh yeah, that makes sense, I was on my Night Elf. Weird how their language is reduced to binary noms and oms in game when the “Song of Liu Lang” has “real” pandaren in it.
