Live chat not availabe?

I have had a ticket for almost a week. Live chat has not been available, even though the timer said it should?
And it is almost 5 days since the last response on my ticket. How do I get help faster?

Tickets and live chat are completely separate and live chat isn’t available for nearly as many things so the option won’t show up if it’s not available… you’ll have to wait for a blue to check if your ticket is still waiting . 5 days seems a bit long even at the moment.

If I try to create a new ticket, I see the option for both phone and live chat, but they are greyed out, even though they should be open now

I just had a look using a topic that both are available for - live chat’s open now and phone callback will be in about an hour & a half from now. Maybe try clearing your browser cache to see if that’s why you’re not seeing it.

Apparently live chat is not clickable in Chrome (Adblock and popup blocker disabled), but it works in Firefox.

I didn’t know that - thank you for the info.
