Can we chat live with game masters like we did years ago?or its not an option anymore?
It is not possible to livechat anymore. Currently the only option is ticket and if required a GM will contact you ingame to chat.

As Saneko said, not anymore.
I personally believe it changed because too many people were entering a live chat, to argue with the GM’s about things that were outside of their support scope, such as bans.
