Loaded Die - buffs

I saw today a hunter leveling in ardenweald and while in every combat he had this buff called Loaded Die - Haste, Loaded Die - Critical and Loaded Die - Mastery, which all stacked till 3 stack and gave ~18 points of the stat in name. Seemed to have fast kills while in combat.

I couldn’t find any source of those buff so I could use a little help here: Where do they came form? I also saw those dices rogues have around him. I was stupid and I didn’t catch his name since I stuck into searching those from google.

Yeah it’s harlans from BfA, basically roll the bones from outlaw same icons just basic stat buffs. It’s really not very strong don’t go out your way to get it. The person you saw with it was most likely level 60ish, which are at the peak of scaling and mega strong.

My favourite trinket from BfA, set it and forget it, 3 out of 4 secondaries, ez pz.

Also, if you google Loaded Dice buff the first result is literally the item you’re looking for lol…

Ye but I’m pretty sure that it was written “Die” on his buffs. But nevertheless, I could have just believed what I searched.
